• Feature - provide a solid enclosure for M.2 NVME and SATA SSD, compatible with both SATA and NVME(sizes: 2330/2242/2260/2280). With SMART and TRIM technology, user could read and write data from SATA/NVME SSD up to 10 Gpbs. Note: NVMe and SATA SSD are not included. Compatible Multi OS, Windows 7/ 8/ 8.1/ 10/ Linux/ MAC. Plug-and-play, no additional drivers required. Bus powered, does not need an external power supply.
• Design - With Type-C/Type-A hidden cord design, the user don't need bring usb type-c or type-a cable in the bag, just pull out the cord from enclosure, plug into the computer. With user friendly ssd installation design, the user could easily install the ssd into the enclosure, and ensure ssd stability and data security in usage.
• Speed - USB 3.2 supports data transmission speeds of up to 10Gbps for steady and efficient data transfer. Backward compatible with USB 3.1 and USB 3.0 at respective speed limits.
• Stability - Enclosure adopts Aluminum Alloy Shell to enhance stucture stability and give a better protection to ssd, and get a better heat dissipation. Adopts high performance controller IC Chipset RTL9210B, with UASP and Trim feature, improves the speed and extend the lifetime of SSD.

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days provided all products are in stock at the time of order.

For orders placed at the end of the week, on weekends, or public holidays (in VIC, NSW, and Nationally) We aim to dispatch on the next business day however it may require an additional 1 business day.

Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase or realize you bought the wrong items, you can return it for a refund within the first 7 days. However, there's a restocking fee of 15%, with a minimum of $10. Here are the rules:

1.    Return the item within 7 days.

2.    Keep the item in its original packaging, unopened, and with no missing or damaged parts.

3.    Don't return more than 5 of the same item.

4.    The item's value must be under $1,000.

5.    The item can't be used.

• We'll refund the original payment method.

• You pay for the return shipping.

• We won't refund the original shipping or insurance costs.

• If you don't meet the conditions, we might refuse the return and charge a shipping fee to send back you.

DOA Warranty Claims Policy

For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, please promptly reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will provide immediate assistance to resolve any issues you may encounter. A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Standard Warranty Policy

Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. All of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month return to base warranty.  This warranty covers any faults from the manufacturer. Before reaching out to us, please try troubleshooting with the manufacturer for more details about warranty terms.

Please remember:

·         You'll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

·         It typically takes 2-4 weeks to process your claim once we receive the faulty item.

·         Depending on the manufacturer's decision, your warranty claim might lead to a repair, replacement with a new or refurbished item, or a refund.

·         When contacting us, please provide your invoice number and the item's serial number.
