-This Knee Strap with Gel Pad insert will ease the pain associated with runners knee, jumpers knee, and other kneecap tracking problems.
-With double hooks and loop closures, the strap can be fitted in seconds to provide soothing compression to the patellar tendon.
-Once fitted, the patella strap stays firmly positioned while you run, train or work.
-It is designed to alleviate the pain and symptoms caused by a number of knee conditions including:
-Patella Tendonitis
-Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome

-This strap provides firm compression to the patellar tendon, which reduces forces to the patello-femoral joint, the patella tendon itself, and it is tibial attachment, whilst helping stabilise the patella and improve patella tracking.

-Loop first strap through buckle
-Wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure pad directly under kneecap.
Loop the other strap through buckle and adhere fastener.
-Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
-Do Not constrict blood flow.
