1. Twist off the cap
2. Apply 0.5ml of the gel to the top of the mouth tray and 0.5ml to the bottom of the mouth tray.
3. If using Polished London's Dual Light System, treatments are just 10 minutes; if using your dental retainer, treatment time is 60minutes.

Do not use: If you are pregnant of breastfeeding, suffering with any existing dental concerns like ulcers, exposed gums or disease, if you have overly sensitive teeth or if your teeth are decaying or loose. Please check the ingredients for any known allergies. If irritation occurs; stop the treatment, remove the mouthpiece and rinse away any remaining product. Not to be swallowed.
