NOTE: If the humidifier does not work well
1. Make sure whether the water source is tap water or mineral water.
Don't use other water or add oily essential oils, they will block the atomization sheet, resulting in no mist or just a small mist.
2. The entire cotton swab must be completely wetted before use,
If the sprayed water is small, please check whether the cotton swab is in good contact with the atomizer and the internal spring.
3.When the cotton wick absorbs too many impurities,
the spray volume of the humidifier will be significantly reduced or stop spraying. In this case, please replace the cotton wick in time
4.you can use a cotton swab dipped in a little vinegar to gently wipe the atomization sheet
5.No power or low battery

Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
