Delivery
All coffee machines, grinders, coffee, and accessories are sent via insured delivery with Australia Post or a courier for larger items.
Accessories or coffee purchased with a machine/grinder are usually packed together in one parcel.
Estimated delivery times:
Metro areas: 1–4 business days
Regional areas: 1–6 business days
Warranty & Returns
Most coffee machines and grinders include a 12-month parts & labour warranty.
Rocket and Eureka models include a 2-year warranty.
Warranty claims are managed by Coffee-A-Roma authorised service technicians across Australia.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Cleaning or normal wear and tear (e.g. gaskets, portafilter handles, baskets, shower screens)
User error or improper maintenance
Power surges/failures
Damage caused by incorrect operation (e.g. running elements dry)
Shipping or travel costs (outside of faulty/DOA claims)
If a product is damaged, faulty, or DOA, return postage will be covered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind (COM) Returns
COM returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
Customers are responsible for return postage on COM returns.
We do not accept responsibility for return items until received at our warehouse; we recommend using tracking and/or insurance.
Additional fees may apply if the product is not returned in resaleable condition.
