This ridgeless, high-performance filter basket is held securely by the portafilter clip. Its high-gloss finish and electro-polished, conical-circular holes reduce coffee residue build-up and ensure even extraction with minimal sediment-delivering consistently clean and balanced espresso shots.

Delivery

• All coffee machines, grinders, coffee, and accessories are sent via insured delivery with Australia Post or a courier for larger items.

• Accessories or coffee purchased with a machine/grinder are usually packed together in one parcel.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 1–4 business days

  • Regional areas: 1–6 business days

Warranty & Returns

• Most coffee machines and grinders include a 12-month parts & labour warranty.

• Rocket and Eureka models include a 2-year warranty.

• Warranty claims are managed by Coffee-A-Roma authorised service technicians across Australia.

Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

• Cleaning or normal wear and tear (e.g. gaskets, portafilter handles, baskets, shower screens)

• User error or improper maintenance

• Power surges/failures

• Damage caused by incorrect operation (e.g. running elements dry)

• Shipping or travel costs (outside of faulty/DOA claims)

If a product is damaged, faulty, or DOA, return postage will be covered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind (COM) Returns

• COM returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

• Customers are responsible for return postage on COM returns.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until received at our warehouse; we recommend using tracking and/or insurance.

• Additional fees may apply if the product is not returned in resaleable condition.
