Change of Mind Returns
Forest Super Foods offers voluntary Change of Mind returns in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You may return unopened products if you change your mind any time up to the product’s Best Before date or 30 days after purchase, whichever is the longest period.
- Products must be in resaleable condition: sealed, unused, and in their original packaging and quantity.- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all COM returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in full and are separate from our Change of Mind policy.
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.
