Chattanooga self-adhesive TENS / NMES / FES stimulating electrodes. Electrodes conduct electrons from the electrotherapy device into the patient and serve as a conductor and medium between the two.

The self-adhesive electrodes measure 5cm x 9cm and 4 electrodes are supplied per pack.

The electrodes have a 2mm socket connection.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery redelivery fees may apply.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept the return for some of the products, such as used special needs cutlery, silicone gel sheets, diabetic socks etc, we will specify this in the product listing.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.

b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
