Each of these glorious buildings are cornerstones in the life of the Monarch and her family. These wonderful places now welcome visitors and the puzzles show people experiencing the views, gardens and surroundings of each historic site. Windsor is the largest occupied castle in the world and our scene shows a wonderful view of the Long Walk. Buckingham Palace is the administrative headquarters of the Monarch, and our scene shows the world-famous view from The Mall. Sandringham House is HM The Queen's much-loved private country retreat, and our scene shows the view across the lake towards the house. Balmoral Castle is the Scottish home of the Royal Family and our puzzle shows the colourful gardens in late spring.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
