Dogz 2 on Nintendo DS will depart from all previous version of Dogz on handheld. For the first time, it will be in full 3D. You'll see your dog run around rooms, play and interact with random objects and other dogs. Just like Dogz 1, you will be able to care for your dog, play with him and train him.However, now you will be able to give commands using the microphone and be able to furnish your home with over 250 different fun decorations such as sofas, pianos, and statues - all of which your dog can play with. Take part in fun mini-games such as a card games and air-hockey by yourself or over wireless to unlock fun, new items.* A full 3D game! Let your dog run around the house and outdoors environments as well as meet other dogs & watch their reactions* 20 different breeds of puppies available: Dalmatian, lab, French bulldog, Maltese, dachshund, Papillon, Chihuahua...* Challenge in breeding. Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
