Warranty and Return Details:
Change of Mind Returns: We do accept change of mind return however it needs to be within 14 days from receipt of delivery. The return item must be unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense.
Faulty and Damaged goods: If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged then you need to contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods. If product is damaged you will need to include pictures of how you received it.
To complete your return, you will first need to contact us.
Returned items need to be packaged appropriately (best to use the original packaging). It is highly recommended that you ship items with tracking. We are not responsible for lost items.
We will notify you within 3 days of receiving the item as to whether we can provide you a refund, or a credit note.
Returns that are not eligible:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items that are lost in transit.
