Maca root has been used by indigenous Andean societies as a source of nourishment for thousands of years. Maca is a nutrient-dense whole food packed with vitamins, plant sterols, and many essential minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids. Add it to smoothies, baked goods, or blend it in water. This product is packaged on machinery used for a variety of dry goods and may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, soy or sesame.
