These dark green, lightly dappled lentils are prized for their peppery flavor and hearty texture. Unlike other kinds of lentils, these have a firm texture even after cooking, which makes them an ideal choice for everything from simple side dishes to sophisticated salads. This product is packaged on machinery used for a variety of dry goods and may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, soy or sesame.
