Hemp seeds are high in plant-based protein. They are low in carbs and also high in essential fatty acids. With a subtle nutty taste, they are extremely versatile and can be added to salads, smoothies, baked goods, eaten with yogurt, or sprinkled over cereal or porridge. This product is packaged on machinery used for a variety of dry goods and may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, soy or sesame.
