Delivery

We dispatch all the orders within 1 - 2 Business Days from the day of payment confirmation. 

Shipping

Orders do not ship from our warehouse on the following public holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Australia Day Holiday
• Labour Day
• Good Friday
• Easter Monday
• ANZAC Day
• Queen’s Birthday
• AFL Grand Friday final
• Melbourne Cup Day
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day

If your order has been placed on or around public holidays, please allow an additional delivery time of up to 5 business days.

Please note that orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday as we are closed on weekends and all public holidays. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Returns

• Customer satisfaction is our top concern. We offer a 60 -days return policy from the date of purchase of all our products
• For items that are damaged or not in working conditions on arrival, replacements or a full refund will be provided. If you changed your mind or did not like the item you purchased, the item must be returned to its original condition for a full refund.
• The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Warranty

• All our product comes with 12 months replacement warranty as per Australian standard.
• If your item has been damaged in transit or become faulty in warranty period, please contact us.
• Please check everything carefully after receiving the parcel, any the damage except dead on arrival would not be covered if it's your fault.
• We provide same warranty for the replacement products.
