Assembly: Please follow the product manual for assembly, ensuring all parts are securely connected. Placement: It is recommended to place the cat tree on a stable surface, away from flammable materials and damp environments. Cleaning: Regularly wipe the surface of the cat tree with a damp cloth to keep it clean. Sisal rope parts can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. Safety: When using for the first time, guide your cat to familiarise themselves with the cat tree to ensure safe use.

Returns

• Customer satisfaction is our top concern. We offer a 60 -days return policy from the date of purchase of all our products
• For items that are damaged or not in working conditions on arrival, replacements or a full refund will be provided. If you changed your mind or did not like the item you purchased, the item must be returned to its original condition for a full refund.
• The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

• If your item has been damaged in transit or become faulty in warranty period, please contact us.
• Please check everything carefully after receiving the parcel, any the damage except dead on arrival would not be covered if it's your fault.
