The Morgan High Jump, Landing and Crash mats are a 100% Australian made product, meeting the highest standards of safety requirements for the Australian market. These Morgan Crash Mat | 3m x 2m x 20cm are made here in our factory using all locally sourced components, the foam is a closed-cell compound with a medium-density impact providing a dense enough mat to walk on but soft enough to absorb shoulder throws and body drops.
Using an 850D ripstop vinyl, the covering is designed to last for a lifetime, whilst still be soft on nonabrasive on the skin. With air release eyelets to minimise stitching seamstress, and velcro flaps to join this mat to any future mats purchased. The mats also have 2 x overlocked industrial quality nylon carry handles, to make transporting this mat a breeze. The Morgan landing mats are an industry-leading performer when needing to break falls is an essential requirement.

Fitness Hero offer the convenience of having your equipment delivered to your door at the very best prices. We use a wide range of couriers. We have a small warehouse in Sydney, but some larger heavier products are shipped directly from our suppliers across Australia, to save time and transportation costs. Rest assured, all products for sale on our website are shipped from within Australia. We do not ship from outside of Australia.
The delivery charges for each product may vary according to the delivery methods available for that particular product. All Delivery times are estimates only and vary depending on many variables Once the items leaves our warehouse, the delivery is outside our control A tracking number will be supplied by us or the courier Handling Times We aim to pack and ship all orders with 2 days, however larger products or bulk orders may take an additional few days. However rest assured, we will be working hard to fulfil all orders as fast as we can.

Returns
GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED CONDITION, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (WITH TAGS ATTACHED) ALONG WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL COSTS.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by email when we have exchanged your return items or processed your refund. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the refund to be credited against your original payment method. Processing times for exchanges or refunds may take longer during sale periods.

However, in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item please contact us and one of our team members will be ready to assist you by taking you through your available options
Returning an item
To return an item to Fitness Hero by post or refund or exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
To protect your return from damage during delivery, please use strong external packaging. For all returns that relate to a change of mind, postage must be paid for by the returnee and will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, delivery charges for the replacement item will be at Fitness Hero's expense. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
