Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or realize you bought the wrong items, you can return it for a refund within the first 7 days. However, there's a restocking fee of 15%, with a minimum of $10. Here are the rules:

2. Keep the item in its original packaging, unopened, and with no missing or damaged parts.
3. Don't return more than 5 of the same item.
4. The item's value must be under $1,000.

DOA Warranty Claims Policy
For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, please promptly reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will provide immediate assistance to resolve any issues you may encounter.
