DOA Warranty Claims Policy
For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, please promptly reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will provide immediate assistance to resolve any issues you may encounter. Standard Warranty Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. All of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month return to base warranty.
