Important Note
*SA506 supports both NVMe and SATA based M.2 SSD (M Key or B+M Key), bandwidth will be limited to 6Gbps when using SATA M.2 SSD, as maximum transfer rate of SATA M.2 SSD is 6Gbps
Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days provided all products are in stock at the time of order.
For orders placed at the end of the week, on weekends, or public holidays (in VIC, NSW, and Nationally) We aim to dispatch on the next business day however it may require an additional 1 business day.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or realize you bought the wrong items, you can return it for a refund within the first 7 days. However, there's a restocking fee of 15%, with a minimum of $10. Here are the rules:
1. Return the item within 7 days.
2. Keep the item in its original packaging, unopened, and with no missing or damaged parts.
3. Don't return more than 5 of the same item.
4. The item's value must be under $1,000.
5. The item can't be used.

You pay for the return shipping.
We won't refund the original shipping or insurance costs.
If you don't meet the conditions, we might refuse the return and charge a shipping fee to send back you.
DOA Warranty Claims Policy
For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, please promptly reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will provide immediate assistance to resolve any issues you may encounter. A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Standard Warranty Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. All of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month return to base warranty. This warranty covers any faults from the manufacturer. Before reaching out to us, please try troubleshooting with the manufacturer for more details about warranty terms.
Please remember:
· You'll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
· It typically takes 2-4 weeks to process your claim once we receive the faulty item.
· Depending on the manufacturer's decision, your warranty claim might lead to a repair, replacement with a new or refurbished item, or a refund.
· When contacting us, please provide your invoice number and the item's serial number.
