Soundz Store Australia reserves the right to replace a faulty product preferentially to a refund such that a refund will only occur when a repaired, replaced or equivalent product cannot be supplied to customer as a remedy. Manufacturer Warranties in addition to ACL are detailed as relevant for each premium brand. Most of our premium products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this.
