Soundz Store Australia reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect. Soundz Store Australia reserves the right to replace a faulty product preferentially to a refund such that a refund will only occur when a repaired, replaced or equivalent product cannot be supplied to customer as a remedy. Manufacturer Warranties in addition to ACL are detailed as relevant for each premium brand. Most of our premium products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this.
