Inoac CJ-06G - Conic Joint No-Flare 1/4" HVAC Fitting - 2 Pack
The Inoac CJ-06G is a 1/4" no-flare HVAC fitting designed for quick, secure refrigerant line connections - no flaring, deburring, or torque wrenches required. With a two-step tightening process, it ensures consistent, leak-free seals and cuts install time dramatically.
Rated up to 625 psi, it's built for high-pressure refrigerants like R32 and R410A, and features a dual O-ring seal with a metal backup ring for long-lasting reliability. The CJ-06G works with both aluminium and copper tubing and includes a water-stop design to prevent galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals. Supplied in a 2 pack.
Installation Instructions
- Cut and Deburr the Pipe: Make sure the pipe ends are clean, round, and free of burrs.
- Insert the Fitting: Push the pipe into the Conic Joint fitting until it reaches the internal stop.
- Tightening Tools (Recommended, Not Required): The fitting can be installed using a standard wrench alone, but for optimal sealing and consistency, the dedicated tightening tools - CJTT-0612 for CJ-06G (1/4") and CJ-12G (1/2"), or CJTT-0915 for CJ-09G (3/8") and CJ-15G (5/8") - are recommended.
- Tighten in Two Stages: Using a standard wrench (and the tightening tool, if preferred), apply the first stage of compression. Continue to the second stage until firm resistance is met. Do not overtighten.
- Pressure Test: Pressurise the system and check for leaks before final commissioning.
