Inside, the 13mm thick reinforced plywood slats provide end-to-end support for the mattress while the sturdy legs ensure that the bed frame stands up to durable use time and again. NOTE 1. Please allow up to 24 hours for the rolled mattress to expand to 100% of its full size. We advise that you do not sleep or sit on the mattress during this time to ensure it fully expand to its correct size. 2. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for refunds or exchange for pillows, quilts, toppers, mattress protectors and mattresses unless they are faulty or not as ordered. In the unlikely event that the mattress is not to your satisfaction, please tell us to help resolve the issue.

Warranty Policy
Unless otherwise stated, Sunyee Trading offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase. It cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months.
You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund for a major failure of our product. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Our warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, and lack of maintenance, use of incorrect voltage, power surges, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
