Very well tolerated, No serious adverse effects. Men who are sensitive to Vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid), may find they initially experience facial and other flushing after taking Virility Max. This is due to the vascular dilation, part of the effect of the formula, and it is assisting penile dilation/blood flow as well. Flushing is unlikely to occur if you follow the instructions on the label and take one capsule twice a day, rather than 2 capsules at once (which would mean a higher dose of B3 at once). Best taken with food.
