Muriel looks out into the world with her big, shining eyes. She is just spreading her grey wings perhaps to sing another song? Her light brown breast feathers are already quivering with excitement. The sound is often out of tune, but that doesn't bother Muriel. The main thing is that she can sing because she loves music! Muriel the owl is very popular with the magical animals. No wonder: with her big, friendly eyes and childlike charm, she has a sympathetic ear for everyone. She patiently listens to worries, comforts with gentle words or conjures up a smile with a cheerful flap of her wings. Sometimes she also sings a little song often off-key, but heartfelt. She likes to use it to cheer up the magical animals if necessary. Just a real friend.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
