Warranty and Return Details
We want you to love your purchase. All products from Storage Organisers are covered by Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair.
Returns: Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Process: To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once approved, items must be sent back to our warehouse.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, opened food storage containers cannot be returned for change of mind.
Warranty: All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
