• We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened/unused. Buyer pays return postage. * Excludes microphones and Karaoke Speaker systems. Please contact us first for confirmation.

• We offer a full 12-month warranty on all items. If you believe an item is faulty please contact us with a photo or video, including a detailed explanation of the problem.
  If we're unable to remedy the fault we will provide a return label and a refund issued or replacement sent out once the item is received at our warehouse.
  If no fault is found we will refund the full amount less $15.
