Preparation is simple and easy. Just mix with water and cook as you would with normal egg whites.
To equal one large egg white= Add 1 tablespoon of Egg White Powder + 3 tablespoons of water and stir gently. It can also be used without rehydration when baking.
After opening, store in the refrigerator.
