Disc Set 2 offers a broad range of fun, exciting and engaging content (sounds, quizzes, music, vocabulary, children songs) for multiple ages on multiple subjects and in multiple languages. 

Simply place a disc on TIMIO and tap an image to play. The youngest children will connect sounds and images that turn into vocabulary. Older children answer quizzes, listen to stories to relax or music to make them move. And the oldest ones discover new languages to learn about diversity and cultural awareness.

Products will be sent from Highett, Melbourne, Victoria, 3180 via courier or Australia Post.

Orders will be prepared for dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery time will depend on your location, a tracking number will be issued.
However in the instance of local deliveries, they may be delivered without the use of a courier, in which instance photo evidence of delivery will be taken.

Your TIMIO is covered by a manufacturer warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and only valid with a proof of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will be happy to repair or replace your TIMIO. A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s materials or workmanship, which is present at time of receipt. The following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty:

• Accidental damage, misuse or abuse, contact with liquids

• Normal wear and tear

• When the product is not used or maintained in accordance with the Care & Use Instructions

• Staining caused by foods with strong colorants.

• Melting caused by heating

Before any refund or replacement can be given, we may require the product to be returned for inspection. As there are occasions where it may not be necessary to send the product back, please reach out before returning any items. In most cases, we may simply ask for photographs or video of the product fault to assist in trouble shooting and warranty assessment.
