Order Cancellation

Change of Mind
We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘as new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item you wish to send back because you have changed your mind.

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a 'Sale' or 'Limited Time Deal' badge) are ineligible for change of mind returns.

Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Please note, rug images are taken in a studio environment, please allow for colour variations depending on your monitor settings and the lighting environment in your home.
