We offer a hassle-free 30-day change of mind return policy. If you purchased an item and decide it's not right for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return—no questions asked.

Warranty Claim

We offer the following warranty support from the date of purchase:

• 0 to 1 year: A brand new replacement will be provided once the fault is confirmed.

• 1 to 2 years: A new or refurbished replacement unit will be provided (at Cherub Baby’s discretion) once the fault is confirmed.

To process a warranty claim:

• The fault must be confirmed by Cherub Baby (photos, videos, or return of the product may be requested).

• If no fault is found, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.

If the item was purchased as part of a bundle kit, its individual value will be calculated as a percentage of the total kit price for the purposes of replacement or refund.

Exclusions

• Faults due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
