Q. Are these food pouches and breast milk storage bags microwaveable?
A. We don't recommend microwaving the breast milk bags, as the nutrients in breastmilk can be destroyed in the microwaving process which also creates hotspots.
Q. Can I re-use these pouches?
A. Simply pop them in the dishwasher with the ziplock open, or wash with a bottle brush and rinse. Then sterilise (please follow the directions in the pack).
Q. How many uses do I get from each pouch?
A. The bags are designed to reuse over and over. There is no specific limit however, being made from durable silicone they are designed to withstand a lot of wear and tear. Of course with all baby feeding products, we recommend you discard are the first signs of wear.
Q. Do I need to sterilise the reusable pouches before re-using?
A. Yes please read the instructions for use for how to sterilise before you first use them when using as a breast milk bag. Once bub is on solid foods you should not need to sterilise but you will need to thoroughly clean the reusable pouch between uses, either via handwashing or dishwasher.
Q. How do I store the reusable food and milk pouches in the fridge/freezer?
A. With our pouch organiser ofcourse, designed specifically to keep our pouches organised and tidy and your fridge/freezer clutter free!
Q. How do I label the reusable pouches?
A. Simply write directly onto the pouch with a non toxic marker. Writing can be wiped off as it's silicone.
Q. Can I buy spare caps for these breast milk bags?
A. Like a magic trick, sometimes caps vanish. Fear not! We always have spare parts so just reach out to customer support.

We offer a hassle-free 30-day change of mind return policy. If you purchased an item and decide it's not right for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return—no questions asked.
The item is in the same condition that you received it
It is unworn or unused, with all original tags/manuals included
It is returned in its original packaging
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranty Claim
We offer the following warranty support from the date of purchase:
0 to 1 year: A brand new replacement will be provided once the fault is confirmed.
1 to 2 years: A new or refurbished replacement unit will be provided (at Cherub Baby’s discretion) once the fault is confirmed.
To process a warranty claim:
The fault must be confirmed by Cherub Baby (photos, videos, or return of the product may be requested).
If no fault is found, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
If the item was purchased as part of a bundle kit, its individual value will be calculated as a percentage of the total kit price for the purposes of replacement or refund.
Exclusions
Faults due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
