Each 9.5g (1 level scoop) provides: Magnesium glycinate Equiv. Magnesium 350mg. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mg. Valeriana ocinalis (Valerian) root dry extract 208mg. Equiv. Valeriana ocinalis root dry 1.25g. Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit dry extract 100mg, Equiv. Humulus lupulus fruit dry 600mg Glycine 3g. Natural flavours, Natural colour, Sweeteners (Glucose, Thaumatin), Acidity regulators.
Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 9.5g (1 level scoop) once daily an hour before bed. Dissolve in 200mL of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Stir until mixed and consume immediately.

In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
