Delivery Information

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and your order size. Most orders will be delivered via Australia Post and tracking details will be provided within 48 hours of your order.

• Metro areas: 1–4 business days

• Regional areas: 1–6 business days

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather events, or peak periods.

To avoid re-delivery fees from the carrier, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims for Faulty, Damaged or Defective Items:

All Curious Columbus products are covered by Australian Consumer Law. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or develops an issue during normal use, we will provide a suitable remedy in line with ACCC guidelines. Remedies may include a refund, replacement or repair. Customers will not be required to pay return shipping for faulty, damaged or defective items. There is no time limit to report a faulty or defective product; each case is assessed individually.
