We provide a 2-year limited warranty for new Products (IP Camera/NVR System/Accessories) purchased from Reolink and a 1-year warranty for Reolink Certified Refurbished Products.

You may return the unwanted product to Reolink for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds and exchanges for unwanted products are not available.
