The buyer is responsible for postage costs associated with the return and to ensure the products are wrapped safely and securely as damaged products cannot be refunded. Please note, where postage is included in the final price (of the original order) for ‘Free Postage’ items, refunds will be made by deducting the original postage cost from the total value.

Arrival of damaged goods, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order – we will replace or refund at our cost.
