Important Notes
Please check your wheel size before purchasing and you can find your wheel size from the printed on the tire wall (side).
Please check your rear fork width (135 - 142mm) to make the motor hub can be fitted into it.
Please check the battery size & type to make the battery can be fitting into your bicycle frame.
Our 1500W system requires a 48 Volt electrokinetic cell battery with a maximum continuous discharge current of not less than 35A and a nominal capacity of not less than 15Ah.
Professional installation skills are needed. Please notice that basic tools will be required when installing this DIY Kit. Otherwise, please seek a local mechanic for installation.
The AU regulations dictate that a kit must not exceed the rated power of 250W to be road-legal. 1500W Motor is not path legal, this product is recommended for off-road or private property use only.
Please noted that the rear motor hub will only suit thread-on freewheel which is up to 7 Speeds, the freewheel is included.
Speed limit and riding ranges depend on the rider's weight, road, and weather conditions.
It is strongly advised to use a pair of torque arms, although they are not included with this product.
Warranty Information
We offer a 12 Months warranty on the Motor & Battery (If Applicable) for our electric bike kit for non-commercial use.
Warranty will not cover:
Minor scratches, marks, or imperfections.
Damage due to external causes, e.g. damage by negligent use, incorrect use, and tampering with the battery pack, damage by traffic accidents, and damage during any transportation, e.g. by couriers.
Damage due to normal wear and tear and maintenance. Wear and tear items that are not covered include tires, tubes, brakes, brake pads, wheel spokes, derailleur tuning, gear adjustments, bottom bracket tightening, handlebar adjustments, seat, stand, footpegs, etc.
If the bike doesn't reach top speed this is not covered by warranty and if the distance per charge is not as advertised this is also not covered by warranty as this is only an estimate. Batteries lose capacity naturally.
Poor maintenance and any modifications to the product or components.

We will use Australia Post, Fastway and other courier services. If the buyer has a preferred service, please contact us after you have placed your order. If no message received, freight carriers will be selected according to buyer's location.
If buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left. Please reply to the calling card in time to avoid returns. Re-delivery fee will be charged for items that need re-delivery.
All returns must be accompanied with the buyer’s name and return reasons. Items returned without detailed information will be delayed in processing or be ignored.
If the buyer had a wrong purchase or changed their mind please contact us within 30 days after the original transaction date. Products must be returned at the buyer's cost in 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Original Freight costs are not refundable under any circumstances. For free shipping items, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the purchase amount.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items. Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping.
If the item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of item received. The defective/wrong item may need to be returned to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost.
Please choose carefully as we don't honor change of mind. We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
