Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 90 days return to base warranty ( Please contact us for RA number for warranty issues). This warranty covers all faults with the product ( except for battery and software as it's considered as a consumable). We do not warrant any misuse or physical damaged . Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
No Fault found return will incur restocking fee same as change of mind.
Change of mind will incur a 15% restocking fee or products value below $100 in value will incur a $15 restocking fee. (original postage fee is not refundable)
