There are three rows of brushes on this roller brush, including two rows of soft nylon brushes and one row of hard rubber brushes. Combining soft and hard brushes can enhance the cleaning ability, as well as remove dust that is hidden between gaps and remove stubborn stains more thoroughly.
The bristles are made of premium materials, making them durable and effective at clean.
It features a V-shaped design which effectively absorbs pet hair, dirt, dust, and debris, making it suitable for floors of wood, carpet, or tiles.
While cleaning, the roller brush is able to softly clean the floor surface while making no noise during the process.

To keep your Ecovacs Deebot performing at its best, it's important to replace the roller brush regularly.
Over time, the bristles can become worn, bent, or tangled with hair and debris, reducing their ability to lift dust and dirt effectively. When this happens, your robot may start leaving debris behind or struggle to pick up fine particles, especially on carpets and textured floors.
We recommend replacing the roller brush every 6 to 12 months, depending on how often you use your robot and the type of surface it cleans. Regular replacement ensures the brush can continue to agitate and lift dirt efficiently, allowing your vacuum's suction to collect it properly.
A fresh roller brush helps maintain strong pickup performance, prevents unnecessary strain on the vacuum motor, and keeps your floors looking spotless after every clean.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.
It is important to note that if a product fails to meet your expectations, it does not necessarily mean it is defective. Expectations of product performance may vary from person to person. You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.
You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.
Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.
In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
