Each Legacy machine is custom-built to order. Standard lead time is 8-12 weeks, though faster delivery may be available depending on current production.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks

If you have an enquiry regarding multiple items, please contact us as we may be able to provide a bulk discount. Our sales team will help you with the whole process. If you need any advice regarding how to build a home gym, studio or commercial gym, we can also provide you with a free consultation.

Fitness Hero offer the convenience of having your equipment delivered to your door at the very best prices. We use a wide range of couriers. We have a small warehouse in Sydney, but some larger heavier products are shipped directly from our suppliers across Australia, to save time and transportation costs.  Rest assured, all products for sale on our website are shipped from within Australia. We do not ship from outside of Australia.

The delivery charges for each product may vary according to the delivery methods available for that particular product. All Delivery times are estimates only and vary depending on many variables  Once the items leaves our warehouse, the delivery is outside our control A tracking number will be supplied by us or the courier Handling Times We aim to pack and ship all orders with 2 days, however larger products or bulk orders may take an additional few days. However rest assured, we will be working hard to fulfil all orders as fast as we can.

Returns

GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED CONDITION, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (WITH TAGS ATTACHED) ALONG WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL COSTS.
