Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse and include full tracking. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to size and courier restrictions.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a re-delivery or storage fee may apply. Larger items may require assistance to unload upon delivery.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your new ride! If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals. Please contact us via your account for return approval before sending the product back.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as iScoot cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
