Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the returned item was what you ordered and is not damaged or faulty but you've since changed your mind then we ask that you pay for returning the item to us. Please note that you must lodge a Return online or your return may not be accepted.

A refund will be processed for the purchase amount of the product only, not including shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item:

If your goods have been damaged in transit, are defective, or do not match your order please contact us with your name, address, telephone number, and order number together with details of the issue and goods affected. If the goods received are damaged, defective, or do not match your order we will refund the original delivery charge and the price paid for the goods affected unless a replacement is provided. Our customer services team will provide you with details on how to return the affected goods if required, you will not be expected to cover the cost of the return. If a replacement is required, you will not be charged for the outbound postage.

Refunds:

Megajoy does not normally provide refunds or exchanges if you:

Damage a product after purchase due to alterations to the product not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control; or

No proof of purchase is provided.

Warranty:

Some products purchased from Megajoy carry express manufacturer warranty periods of twelve months. Most of our products are single-use products, hobby products, and toys that may not reasonably be expected to last long periods of time.
