How the Stair Climber Works
The Reload Stair Climber features a rotating step belt system driven by a precision motor that continuously cycles a series of steel steps. As the user climbs, the steps move downward at a controlled speed, creating a consistent upward motion that replicates real stair climbing.
Resistance levels can be adjusted digitally via the console, allowing users to increase or decrease step speed and intensity. The motion engages the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, delivering a full lower-body workout while minimising joint impact.
