The IW25-5 on wall dehumidification system helps lower indoor relative humidity helping prevent moisture issues. The easy-to-install built-in dehumidifier system is suited for both new construction and retrofit installations in multi-unit, hotels, student housing, office, and residential applications.
The IW25-5 removes up to 31.5 litres per day in spaces up to 140 square metres. This fifth generation dehumidifier includes an ozone-free Bi-polar Ion Generator that distributes ions which bond to indoor pollutants including bacteria, pollen, mould and odours, breaking them down and transforming them into water vapour.
How does it work?
The IW25-5 ON WALL Dehumidifier utilises its integral humidistat to monitor the conditioned space. When the relative humidity goes above the selected setpoint, the dehumidifier will energise. As air is drawn across an evaporator coil. This means moisture will condense out of the air. The air is then reheated through the condenser coil and distributed back into the room.
Installation:
The built-in IW25-5 ON-Wall dehumidifier is designed for direct surface wall mounting on surfaces including plaster, wood, cement, brick, tile and stone, etc. It will require a licenced electrician and plumber for installation.
