30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Mac Ecommerce Pty Ltd ,for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds for unwanted products are not available.

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

Notes:

1. Remote control requires 2 AAA batteries. (Battery not included)
2. When the set temperature is above the ambient temperature of the surrounding room, the bladeless fan will turn on hot air mode. If the set temperature is under the ambient temperature of the surrounding room, the bladeless fan will turn on cool air mode.
3. Pay attention that the 1 minute shutdown delay is a special design for heat dissipation instead of quality issue.
4. After changing the bladeless fan from hot air mode to cool air mode, there is around 1 minute delay instead of quality issue.
5. When the bladeless fan was dumping, it will automatically turn off the power and stop working instantly to prevent accidents.
6. Please catch the bottom part of fan body instead of body part to install / tear down the bottom base. In order to avoid having unexpected problem on the product's rotation performance.
7. Display lights could be automatically turned off after few seconds.
8. Do not directly touch or get too close to the air outlet to avoid scalds.
9. Please read the user manual carefully before using.
10. Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual colour of the item might be slightly different from the colour showed on the pictures.
11. There is 1-3cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
