All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

If a re-delivery is required due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery fees may apply.

Warranty & Returns

All EZPCTECH products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

If you experience a quality issue, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and product details. Our team will assist with troubleshooting and arrange repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Change of Mind Returns:

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is unopened and in brand-new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Wrong or Incorrect Item:

If you receive the wrong version or layout, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo showing the product and tracking label, and we’ll arrange replacement or resolution.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
