Use and Care Instructions
Before first use:
- Remove any packaging, recycle or dispose thoughtfully
- Wash in warm soapy water with a non-scratch scourer/cloth and dry thoroughly
- For stubborn baked-on food, soak and then wash using a nylon non-scratch scourer/cloth
- Do not use harsh cleansers
Important guidelines:
- Heat in pre-heated oven only
- Do not use or place on stovetop, under grill, or in toaster oven
- Suitable for electric, gas, or microwave oven without grill element
- Can store food in fridge or freezer
- Do not transfer directly from freezer to oven or vice versa
- Food must be thawed before cooking or reheating
- Oven safe to 400°C
- Freezer safe to -40°C
- Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock resistant up to 150°C)
- Do not add cold liquid to a hot dish
- Always handle hot bakeware with oven gloves or pot holder
- Do not place hot bakeware on cold or wet surfaces
- Allow hot bakeware to cool on a rack or dry teatowel
- Avoid impact with hard objects
- Sharp knives and utensils can scratch and weaken bakeware
- Do not use if chipped, cracked, or scratched
- Do not use to heat popcorn or food in browning wrappers
Failure to follow care instructions may lead to breakage, causing property damage or risk of injury.

Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days from delivery date for delivered purchases. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For online/delivered purchases we require a copy of the packing slip.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed and will be emailed to you or the money will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us first within the time periods above. The return item(s) need to be sent within 7 days of approval.
