Products sold by New Case Pty Ltd are covered by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. We offer a 30-day Change of Mind return policy. To be eligible, products must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned at the customer’s own cost.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund for the product price will be processed.
