Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is provided free of charge Australia-wide.

Delivery timeframes vary by location:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days

• Regional areas: 3–8 business days

All orders include tracking, and customers will receive tracking details once the parcel has been lodged for delivery.

Warranty & Product Issues

Products sold by New Case Pty Ltd are covered by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a remedy in line with ACCC guidelines. Remedies may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

There is no time limit for lodging a claim regarding faulty or defective products. Each case is assessed individually. Customers will not be required to pay return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or DOA items.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or incorrect model selection are not considered faults under consumer guarantees.

30-Day Change of Mind Policy

We offer a 30-day Change of Mind return policy. To be eligible, products must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned at the customer’s own cost.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund for the product price will be processed.
(Original postage costs are excluded from the refund.)

Change of Mind returns do not apply to product issues covered under consumer guarantees.
